How can I rly tell whats the opposite and adjecent angle ?

Tangent is the ratio of the opposite side to the adjacent side, not the angles.  The opposite side is the one side in the triangle that does not form the angle you are referencing.  The adjacent side is the side forming the angle that is not the hypotenuse.
