Regarding promotional code and availability of refund if a lecture I bought does not work...

I was going to take AP biology course here... However, promotional code does not work for me... what's wrong?? and what happens if the lecture I buy does not work due to technical difficulties such as the internet condition....? Is it possible for me to get money back?
