81c^2-4 is what i think you mean, this being the case its a difference of squares (9c-2)(9c+2). 9 is the sqare of 81 c is the square of c^2, and 2 is the square of 4 but because its a negative it needs to be multiplied by its negative counter part IE 2·-2=-4.
