slope intercept form is y= mx + b , so just solve for y by moving the 3x and 12 to the right side then dived that side by -4 you'll end up with : 3x-4y+12=0 -4y+12= -3x -4y = -3x -12 *dived each side by -4 y= 3/4x +3
