First you need to put this into the y=mx+b form, so y=-1/2(x)+3/2 Your y-intercept (place where the line hits y-axis) is 3/2 or 1.5 and your slope is -1/2 Plug in -1, 0, 1, & 2 for the x value and solve for y each time, then graph. Hope this helps!

Ok, you're going to have x + 2y = 3 Well you want to get y alone to start.  So you are going to make x a negative x and subtract that from 3.  So you have    2y = 3 + - x   Well, for the next step, you want to get y alone, so you are going o get rid of the two. But how? Well, whacha want to do is divide    y = 3 + - x          ---------        2         2Divide each side by 2. so you have 3/2 and x/2. Can you take it from there? Divide hose and put it mx+b form. If you need anymore help, please send me a message and I will be happy to explain further.
