take the first derivative to get y'(x)=-1/(x-2)^2then plug in the x value to get the slope so y'(3)=-1/(3-2)^2=-1now you know your slope is -1 and your point is (3,2)  plug that into point slope form(y-2)=-1(x-3) and your done
