Do you mean 3(2x-5)^2If so set it equal to zero and factor if you are looking for intercepts.  Basically what makes 2x-5=0   this would be 5/2Or if you are trying to expand you would simply use FOIL / distribution...3(2x-5)(2x-5).....3(4x^2 -10x + 25)distribute 3  12x^2 -30x +75  is the statement expanded. So are they asking you to find the zeros or expand?Without knowing the question i cant tell which is the "answer"

If you are trying to factor 3x^2 - 2x -5, it is (3x-5)(x+1)
