Point slope form is: y-y1=m(x-x1) so you would have to find the slope(m) first.  which it would be y2-y1/x2-x1=> 8-7/8-6=1/2.  so for slope-pt form you'd do: y-7=1/2 (x-6) OR y-8=1/2(x-6)
