It is 1/5, but here's how you solve it:1. Always do the brackets/parentheses FIRST. So...7 - (-3) = 102. Next is 8-6, which is 2.3. Therefore, you solve 10 divided by 2, which is 5.4. Next, you solve the following bracket:3 + (-8) = -55. Then you multiply that answer (-5) by 5 (from 10 - 2) and you'd get -25.6. Lastly, you'd have -25/5 or 5/1. But since this is division, you'd find the reciprocal, which is 1/5 (you just switch the numerator and denominator.)7. So your answer is...  1/5 !Also, here's a trick when adding/subtracting positive/negative numbers:When you are adding a positive, you'd obviously go to the right of the number line. Therefore, when adding a negative, you'd go the opposite way (the left of the number line.)When you are subtracting a positive, you'd obviously go to the left of the number line. Therefore, when subtracting a negative, you'd go the right of the number line. Hope this helps!
