first, distribute -3x to 7x-4 : -21x^2 + 12x+6x-(13-24^2) then take 13+24^2 out of the parentheses, remember the sign changes. so 13 would be -13 and -24^2 would be + 24^2. be sure to combine like terms, you would want to combine -21x^2 and 24x^2 so that will be 3x^2, and combine 12x+6x, that will be 18x. and 13 was left out so put that number at the end of the equation. 3x^2 + 18x - 13, i don't think you need to factor this, and it's not possible to factor this either.
