You can answer this question by recognizing that it is a difference of squares, which follows the pattern of a^2-b^2 = (a+b)(a-b). So basically, you take the square root of each of the terms and put those square roots into 2 binomials, one with addition and one with subtraction. Careful on this one because in the one with subtraction, you may find yourself with another difference of squares, so just repeat. You should end up with 3 factors.
