By "to" I assume you mean 2.v/2<equal 2 simplifies to v<equal 4v-2>-10 simplifies to v>-8 simplifies to -8<vI'd link the two as a compound inequality.-8<v<equal 4.Draw a number line from -8 to 4. Put a hollow circle on -8, and a solid circle on 4.Connect the two circles. There's your graph.
