Yes. You can find the x and y intercepts of each equation, plot those, and connect. In this case... 2x - y = 4      and     x + y = 5 To find x intercept, plug in 0 for y. To find y intercept, plug in 0 for x. 2x - 0 = 4                0 - y = 4 2x = 4                     -y = 4 x = 2                       y = -4 (2,0)                       (0,-4) and... x + 0 = 5                0 + y = 5 x = 5                      y = 5 (5,0)                       (0,5)
