Solving linear inequalites. Not sure how to solve for each point on the line 5y-7x>35 How do I find the points without using a graph? My homework ask's that we answer the points to graph before.

Asking for the points before graphing. Not sure how to solve.

manipulate it until it's in the inequality version of y = mx +b. 5y > 35 + 7xy > (7/5)x + 7So I would guess you would just say that the points are all the points above the line y = (7/5)x + 7, but not ON the line.  (b/c y is strictly greater than the points on that line)
