I need help with my physics homework. How can i show that A.B is the area of a squeare? (AQ and B are vectors, cant find the arrowhead sign) Please help.

Please try to describe this problem better.  What do you know about AQ and B vectors?  Is this a particular problem from the Brightstorm videos?  A and B can't be perpendicular if you are planning on using the dot product.
