To find the answer of this question, you would need to equations at least.  A point of intersection is found at the point where "two or more" lines cross.  A single line cannot intersect itself.

I'm wondering if you mean the point where the line of this equation intersects the y-axis. According to the slope-intercept form--y=mx + b--that point would be (0, b) or, in this case, (0, 3).Hope that helps.
