It depends on what your strengths are. The ACT has an optiona essay section and it also involves science. If you feel you a e a stronger writer however the SAT is probably best for you. f you want a lot of times school offer practice tests, so you c n test them out to see what you like better.

I never took the ACT, but some of my friends have. They liked h w it worked off of what they were learning in school and that t e subjects tested were more defined. The SAT seemed to test y ur test-taking skills rather than your knowledge of certai subjects (like the ACT seems to be structured to do).

I would suggest taking both.Which ever one you get the highest score on should be the one you stick with.
