To major in Psychology, how should i start building my college application now?

I am a freshman in high school and i know that i want to go to a good State school or UC school straight our of high school. I also know I would like to major in Psychology, how should I start preparing my college application NOW so that I can have the perfect application from all the angles. So basically what classes should I take? What after school activities would look good, what community service would look good? (Obviously all those things would have to do with my major) thank you!
