no. It is way too smal, espcially when the DNA is in chromatin form and not all wound up tightly into chromatids/chromosomes. Not only are cells usually way too small to see with the naked eye, but the DNA is contained in the nucleus, so that would be even smaller, and way smaller compared to the rest of the cell.
