In the game of cricket, why is it easy to catch a ball of high trajectory? scientific reason?

as the path of ball is projectile so in the case of high trajectory the angle of projection is high and time of flight is higher which ease to observe and catch the ball. while in case of low trajectory time of flight is less and there will be lesser time to adjust and it becomes difficult to catch the ball.
