Q:A bond is consider polar if there's a difference in electronegativitu? A:A bond is considerd a polar because if there is electronegativity difference b/w bonded atoms means the most electronegative atom attracts the bonded electrons towards it then electronic cloud increase on it so becomes a slightly negative and the other atom becomes slightly defficient of electrons then it becomes slightly positive.
