How do you find the slope of the line tangent at point B (6, -3) to Circle O with center (3,4)?  (NOTE:  Don't assume the circle is on a coordinate plane.)

I believe the tangent is perpendicular to the radius line that goes from (3, 4) and (6, -3) which has a slope of -7/3.  The slope of a line perpendicular to another line is the negative reciprocal so the slope of the tangent is 3/7.
