What is the kinetic energy of photoelectrons emitted when ultraviolet light of 200 nm shines on a photocell whose work function is 2.5 eV?

I keep trying to figure out this problem and I always get -2.5 for kinetic energy and it doesn't seem right. I am trying to use the equation hf=KE+W.
