I have a couple of questions, what happens to a positive charge in a magnetic field, and what happens to the fields themselves (do they repel and deflect, or does the magnetic field keep going?) and does the same rule between two wires apply to two coils with they're wraps parallel?

I suggest taking a look at the tutorials on Magnetic Fields.  This tutorial just deals with Electric Fields.  To partially answer your question, magnetic fields only interact with charges when that charge is moving with a velocity through that field.  F=qvxB.  Take a look at some of the magnetic field tutorials to get the whole picture on this.
