There is used to represent a certain place. Ex.The ball is over there Their is used to show a possession. Ex.This is their ball. Ex2. Their soccer ball is over there.

There shows a location. Example : There is the new store. Their shows that something belongs to someone or something. Example : Their dog barks a lot. If you need this one, use it.
