Hi Zachlukie, Click on your username on the upper right-hand corner of the page. Once on your profile click the 'Account Settings' button underneath the profile picture. Math Instant Answers it can be cancelled under "My Subscriptions" (scroll down the page a little). All you need to do is click "cancel" in the right-hand column and it will process immediately.

I also need to cancel my subscription. I just click on contact and sent an email and requested the cancellation. I could not find a phone number, mailing. I hope that someone will pick up the message and respond in a timely manner. However, tomorrow i might continue to search the web for more contact information on Brightstorm. Ander
