Why alpha helix in clockwise position is more favourable than anti-clockwise position??

Its all about shapes and fit in biological organisms.  Right and left hand molecules are enantiomers with the same chemical formula, but different shapes when it comes to fitting other proteins and or rna.  The mirror image molecule gums up the works, stops reactions.  If these are vital, the organism dies and this type of shape is selected against.
