Hi Julie -For this problem you do not need to determine the equation of the line. All you need to do is make sure the slope between the point (0,2) and another point equals 2/3.For example, let's try the first point a(-1,3).  The slope between (0,2) and (-1,3) is calculated by finding the change in y-coordinates divided by the change in the x-coordinates like this:Since this does not equal 2/3, we know the point a(-1,3) is not on the line.Do the same math for the other two points b and c. If the slope equals 2/3 you found a correct answer.Hope that helps
