I don't get why it increases by 6. Why is it 6? How did you get 6? I'm only in fifth grade so can you tell me the answer specificly? Thanks!!!

It looks likes it increases by six when he multiplied the 3 by the 1/2.. Cross-multiply 3*2=6 and 1*1=1

To make this equation true to F=40m, we need to find an x value of 1/2x = 3, thus x= 3*2 = 6 I hope this helped!
