Cars use heat from the engine to heat the interior for comfortable driving. It's just important to note that energy disspates very rapidly. One could create some sort of apparatus wherein the waste heat is recycled, but, because the loss of heat is from the point of view of the system, eventually a reaction would lose its potential to make more heat; it is impossible to reuse all heat lost in a reaction.
