Two orders were placed with a nursery by the company's landscapers. The invoices from the orders do no list item per price.

1. after contracting the Nursery they inform you that the first order that was placed was for 75 Crepe Myrtle trees and 100 hibuscus bushes at a cost of $10,000. Use c to represent trees and h to represent bushes. Write an equation that illustrates the situation

2. The Nursery later indicates that the second order called for 150 Crepe Myrtle trees and 75 Hibiscus bushes at a cost of $16,875.00. Write an equation that illustrates this situation using the same variables you used in part 1.

3.Use the equations from parts a and b as a system of equations. Use elimination to determine the cost of each. Describe and demonstrate the steps you used to solve the problem. An answer alone will not receive any credit. Be sure to include the “check” step.

Vera -Equation 1: 75c + 100h = 10000Equation 2: 150c + 75h = 16875Now, just solve these two linear equations for the variables c and h using the elimination method.Try multiplying Equation #1 by -2 and then add the result to Equation #2.  That process will eliminate the "c" variable and allow you to solve for h.  Once you know h, then back solve for c using either Equation 1 or 2.Good Luck
