Can I change my plan after I subscribe?
Sure. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime you want. When you upgrade, you’ll get access to your new plan instantly. If you downgrade, the change will take effect on your next billing date.
Can I change my subject(s) on the Starter or Plus plan?
No problem. You can change your subject(s) every 30 days. Just go to your Account page to see how many days are left before you can do it.
How do I cancel?
We’ll be bummed if you leave, but cancelling is easy. You can go to your Account page and take care of it in a few clicks. If you cancel, you can keep using Brightstorm until the end of your current billing cycle. Go back to your Account page anytime if you want to restart.
