Solving an Equation with Radicals - Problem 5 343 views

In order to "undo" any exponent, we want to raise both sides of the equation to the reciprocal exponent. Be sure to isolate the base first. As always, when you think you have a solution or solutions for x, you'll need to substitute it back into the original equation to check your work.
